In this 4 hour workshop you will learn to melt and cast molten silver into a broom to create unique one- of-a- kind elements for making various jewelry pieces at a later date. We will be working with silver scrap and fine silver casting grain. You may bring your own sterling or fine silver scrap if you have it.
A fun class to take with a friend – great girlfriend day out or mother/daughter class.
Studio Safety Requirements:
Long hair must be in a bun or pony tail
No open toe shoes
Long pants are recommended (remember you will be working with molten metal)
